Terrain & maps

Here you find short descriptions of each forrest and some map samples.


First stage will be at Millola area. This area will be first time ever used  for orienteering. The area includes steep hills and some very technical areas.

Second stage will be at Kivimäki. Same competion center as in first stage. This area has been used 10 years ago for some national races. One of the real favorit maps for the organizing club members. Includes several technical slopes. Mainly the area is very open and easy to run.


Three last races we will run in Karnaisten korpi area. This is the forrest which many says is the best and most technical area in southern Finland. Many bigger and small hills, with technical orienteering. Some hiking trails included.
Competition center will be at the Kisakallio sport institute.

Rest day sprint race for Elite runners will be run from Lohja centrum. Includes some easy run pine forrest and town areas.
